Karen gave us realistic expectations for our house sale, told us the positive selling points for it but also the areas where it might not meet buyer expectations. She did a great job staging the house and getting photos to post on the website - made us ask, “And why are we selling this fabulous home?” Karen also made selling a house during Covid easy by carefully explaining the protocol she followed when showing the house. She also helped schedule any work that needed to be done before/after the sale because she has a list of reliable work people. All of these characteristics make Karen a client oriented realtor.
