Karen was incredibly helpful throughout the process of selling our home and buying a new one. Karen provided updated information about market conditions, showed up to showings with "comps" so that we could immediately see what we were looking at and whether the price was right and was generally helpful in any way she could be. Whenever we had questions or there were tasks to complete, Karen was on it in literally seconds. It was very nice (throughout this oftentimes difficult process) to have someone address concerns immediately and respond promptly.
