I've bought and sold several houses and Karen Russo was by far the best realtor I have worked with to date. She attentively listens to your "wish list" for your new home and her extensive knowledge of the Lake Norman area is evident in her recommendations. She goes over and beyond in explaining the pros and cons of each house that is under consideration to arm you with the information needed to make a buying decision. I never had to wonder where we were in the process as she is always providing feedback before it is even asked for. I was most impressed with her negotiation skills and how she always looked out for our best interest, not taking into consideration the implications on her commission. I would highly recommend using Karen as your realtor!
