Working with Karen exceeded any of my expectations. Not only she helped us sell our old house, but she found our dream home and arranged the closing in 29 days! She made the process of selling and buying so smooth and painless. She is knowledgeable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time. one of the things I like the most about Karen is how she always answered my calls and all my question. She explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. She really took care of us well during the negotiation, closing, and even after closing.
