Karen is very knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate. She was very aware and extremely cautious of the Covid-19 virus when showing my home to sell and when showing us homes to purchase. She was always available to us, and made my life easier by handling all the details. Never too busy to show us homes on the market and there were many. The sale of both houses went very smoothly thanks to her. She is extremely patient. At all times she was pleasant and pleasing. I would unequivicably rate Karen at the highest, would recommend her and her services to anyone selling or buying a home, and I would definitely use her again in another real estate transaction should one occur. I cannot rave enough about her.
