Karen worked tirelessly to get accurate information and details about the property, and then provided that information to me so that I was fully aware of all property terms & conditions. Karen’s background in real-estate proved invaluable, she worked with the seller’s agent to quickly negotiate an acceptable offer, then coordinated and witnessed property inspections on my behalf as I was unable to do so. Once inspections were complete, Karen assured correction action for all findings were satisfactorily addressed and done so promptly. Karen was a true pleasure to work with, always kind and considerate to my needs. I highly recommend Karen to anyone buying or selling a home, her knowledge of real-estate and level of professionalism are exceptional.

Karen is an excellent agent and business woman. Very genuine, reliable and current with what is happening in the real estate market. Gave us specifics to fix before listing the house (i.e. paint the front screen door and remove an "awful" outdated bank of lights in the bathroom.) She always got back to us in a timely manner.
