Karen is absolutely incredible. I was in a tough situation, trying to sell my mom's home after she passed away. The house needed a bit of work before it was ready to sell. Karen came over and gave me great advice on what needed to be done and provided me with all of the necessary contractors. I live in California and the house is in Georgia so I was trying to get all of this done long distance. Karen was incredibility helpful and went by the house almost daily to check on the progress of the work and coordinate everything. Then once the house was ready to sell she gave amazing guidance on how to stage the house, and we ended up closing well over asking. I could not recommend Karen enough if you are buying or selling a home in the Atlanta area. She is incredibly knowledgable, professional, and you can tell truly cares about her clients.
