Renee was so wonderful to work with. We had been in our house 27 years and had never sold one, she walked us through everything and explained how the whole process would work. She was there to answer any phone call or text and always responded within minutes. The best part was because she priced our house appropriately (not over or under market) we were able to sell within a few hours of being on the market and sold for over asking with no conditions!! She did such a wonderful job that our friends who had their house on the market for 5 months with no results ended up signing with her and she sold their house fast also! Renee also sold my parents house 5 years ago and had it sold within 2 days. She is also a wonderful person and easy to work with.
