After Karen sold our first home in 9 days for over asking price, we found a fixer upper we fell in love with but so many were turned away from the house because of the condition and red tape. The previous owner had unpaid HOA dues and mortgage payments so the house had liens, probate, and banks were beginning to forclose. Even with a dishonest and lazy agent for the deceased owner, Karen was able to rise above these difficult challenges and get us this great property. Any other realtor would not have bothered!
