I had to find a specific rental and could not find it in the area we preferred and had begun to look 20 minutes further away. She has always hunted for the properties, based on my needs, and found this one just in the time frame that we had. She follows through on the paperwork and kept after the sellers agent after closing to remove the sign and the lock box. Her job isn’t done after getting me to sign the contract; she helps to line up the inspections and/or explains any paperwork that may come up. On those things that only the buyer can do (such as finding out what permits have been pulled for the property), she reminds the buyer to do this. She sets aside any difficulties, personally, and remains professional throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Karen Peterson as an agent!
