During our first meeting, she listened carefully to assess what we wanted and needed in a house. Next, she quickly emailed a list of houses for us to look at that might match our needs. We chose a few to look at and she made appointments for us to see them. She accompanied us and discreetly pointed out things that we would have missed. When we saw a house we wished to buy, she coached us through the process of submitting a bid - a complicated process but she made it as easy to understand as possible. She reported to us regularly when she had to deal with others during the process, e.g., the listing agent, the title company etc. Always calm, professional, knowledgeable, efficient and helpful .We feel very fortunate to have her as our realtor.
