I would recommend Karen to anyone looking for a realtor in the Boston area. It was a breeze to work with her and her knowledge of the greater Boston area and suburbs is impeccable. Karen could answer all of our questions, was able to find out information that helped us make good decisions and, in general, made the entire process completely stressless.
Karen helped us find a home from out-of-state during a pandemic. In our first (virtual) meeting, she got right to work by reviewing the current houses on the market with us and signed herself up for open houses. When she went to each place (some very far apart from each other), she was kind enough to record the neighborhood and the house itself on her phone, then, after a few hours, sent us an edited video for each house! Very accommodating, to say the least. She also helped us strategize to make the right offer, and then got us in touch with a lawyer (who was also great and extremely responsive) to handle the legal documents. We had to make an offer without actually seeing the house, so we relied heavily on her experience and assessment of it! She was forthcoming with both the upside and the downside, which made it possible for us to feel comfortable making an offer. When we came into town to look at the house during the inspection, she decided to drop by and meet us in person, even though she did not have to. Overall, she is a very accommodative, personable, and experienced real-estate agent! 5 stars!
