Karen was one of the best agents we have ever worked with. It started almost a year before we decided to sell our home. Karen had been in contact via mail about people interested in our area. I spoke with her on the phone and told her we didn't have any plans of selling. Karen kept in contact with us and she was very pleasant and kept us informed of what was happening in the Real Estate market in our area. Then it cam time that we were going to relocate back to where our family was and gave Karen a call. She provided us with great information on what we should list our home for and how to make that happen. Our house was listed and had an offer we accepted the same day. Our property was very unique and finding appraisal comps were going to be difficult. She made sure the appraiser understood this. She brought great negotiation skills to the table to make sure we were getting the most we could and she really came through for us. I highly recommend Karen as your next agent, you won't be disappointed in the service she will bring.

Karen was an excellent agent. We communicated via the website, email and by phone before we arrived in Las Vegas. She was responsive to our very specific housing needs and set up continuing searches to match those needs. We were happy that she was very low pressure and did not push us at all. On our arrival Karen was ready to show us the homes we had pre-selected online. We gave her 4 stars on negotiation skills as we were encouraged to offer full asking price and very little negotiation was required. Karen knows her stuff about "the process" however we did not and being from out-of-state we were unaware of many aspects of home buying in Nevada. We were caught unaware about things like community fees, title companies, no lawyers needed, and you don't get your keys at closing. There were extenuating circumstances which delayed our deal but Karen was with us every step of the way. She made repeated calls to us and for us until the deal was completed. We would highly recommend Karen and would use her services again in the future should the need arise!

We listed our condo with Karen and she sold in less than 3 weeks. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with, professional, responsive and kind.
