I want to start by saying that Karen is one of the brightest young women I have ever met. She carries her self very well. She is confident, easy-going and very personable. She will go out of her way for her clients. My experience with her was great. She kept a positive attitude at all times even if things were going left. She was very supportive throughout the whole process. Our closing date got delayed. This was something that was out of her control. But she remained calm and collective. She communicated everything to us as it was happening. When the closing date came she offered to help us move! It was such a big help for us! She didn't have to, but it goes to show the kind of person she is. Not only with her clients but as a person. I am now living in my brand new home and truly loving it.
