Selling a home can often be stressful; especially during the pandemic! Karen was there every step of the way alleviating every obstacle and issue. She leveraged my time tremendously by managing and coordinating all of the work, keeping things moving but always keeping me in the loop. I was amazed that the entire process took only three months. Throughout the process, Karen was attentive to details and timelines, calmly handled issues, and guided the process so there were no last-minute emergencies. I especially appreciated her meting out paperwork and tasks to me over time so they weren’t burdensome. Her marketing and sales skills generated terrific traffic and interest in the house, and the outcome exceeded my expectations. Anyone who gets to work with Karen on either side of a real estate transaction is lucky indeed – she is a gem!
