Would never recommend Anderson Realty. *Thought it was appropriate at the initial contract signing that Vicki/Owner would make contact and thank for listing and also offer if any problems along the way to be in touch. Nothing. *Realtor did not do an open house in 6 months. Only after I advised i was not going to renew the contract did she offer to do an open house due to another realtor's suggestion who was going to do an open house 2 doors away from me. *Realtor seemed bothered if i was present during listings. *Realtor wanted to drop price for the 2nd time further than what I suggested and stuck with. *Realtor was very acquainted with buyer from previous dealings and it was like she represented him for this sale rather than myself. Had his best interest in mind knowing he had future listings for him. *Realtor had a very strong smoke smell which is not professional. *The commission paid WELL compensated for the work that was done on this transaction. Again I would NOT recommend Anderson Realty in the future.
