I chose Karen above several other realtors and I'm glad I did
Other agents who came into my house lumped me in with every other house in the area. Karen came into my house and quickly commented on the uniqueness of my lot and added features of the house. She suggested a listing price above what other agents suggested. Karen did very well in promoting my house to other agents. My house sold for over asking price. Karen's knowledge of the area, market, and the features of my house were right on the money.....so much that I made more money than expected. Trust her judgement and honest evaluation.
