I don’t leave reviews lightly, but Karen truly deserves this one. I purchased this apartment for my mom and sister, so this was much more than just a real estate transaction for me. First of all i used Karen to find and locate my real estate purchase which i recommend everyone to do, I used her expertise to negotiate the purchase price lower, which she did. After buying the property, i started remodeling the unit . I used Karen's expertise again in the real estate market to find what buyers wanted in a house. Her input was valuable. After remodeling the unit I started to consider putting the house on the market. Again i went to the real estate expert for her input on pricing. My idea of what the unit should sell for and what Karen said the" true market value" was, at this specific time was invaluable. My wife and I decided to sell our rental condo. We are not close to the property. Karen, who had been our exceptional rental agent for years, stepped up and answered our call. We needed Karen’s seasoned help in facilitating the transition, advising some services to assist us painting, carpeting, minor repairs and then put the property on the market.
