Working with Karen Meier was a pleasure. From day one she jumped in with suggestions on how best to prepare the house to sell and get top dollar. It was obvious that she had done her homework about the market and specifically the area of the house. Karen also made the process easier for me since the house was my brother’s and was over an hour away from where I live. I couldn’t just hop in my car on a minute’s notice and head over for every little thing that needed to be done. She helped by providing me with a resource to call to get things done. Karen was also great at communicating where we were in the process by texting or calling with updates. I could go on but the bottom line is that if I have a need for a realtor in the future, Karen would be the first person I would call. I feel I have a new friend. - Steve Cannon
