Hands-down, Karen is the person that you want by your side. She has your best interest at all times and doesn’t just want to sell you a house. She genuinely cares and then gets to know you very very very well and knows your tastes and also is a watchdog for red flags when purchasing. She will tell you the truth the good and the bad of a property. She also knows what she’s doing with many years experience under her belt. We couldn’t have done this without her. She truly was the best person and now we are living in our dream home with a lot of help from Karen.. I will refer anyone and everyone I know around me to go to Karen if they have any real estate questions. She made this whole process great!!!👍

Karen Medved is an extremely knowledgeable real estate agent. She brings many years of experience and a great gut instinct as to the value of a property and to the psychology of selling and buying. She is highly professional and has an excellent marketing sense. Each property is treated as the unique home that it is. When I decided to sell our home of 15 years, she understood my emotions about it and was patient throughout the entire process. She was an excellent go-between with buyer and seller and was always honest with me and helped me manage expectations. Her kindness is genuine and she is willing to roll up her sleeves to do whatever it will take to sell the home and leave everybody happy with the deal.

She helped us set a realistic price, advised us on prepping the property, arranged for lovely staging and counseled us on negotiations with prospective buyers. We worked with Karen Medved and Julie Carruthers for multiple transactions -- the concurrent sale of a condo and purchase of a single family home, both of which were contingent on one another. Everything went about as smoothly as could be expected and we closed on both the sale and the purchase in about 6 weeks from the date of our initial offer.
