Karen McCarthy

We actually met Karen at an open house we walked into on our own. That house wasn't the right fit for us, but Karen's experience and friendliness caught us immediately that we asked for her help in our search. Karen was on the ball with everything. She was speedy when we needed to contact her and she was proactive in getting information to/from the sellers, the mortgage company, and the settlement company. She was beyond knowledgeable (and very patient) explaining every detail to us along the process, as we were very unprepared first time home buyers. Because she is a local to the area, she is so informed about the market, community news and culture, and reputable vendors both for the buying process (inspections, settlement) and also for once we moved in (pest services, trash). She is also funny and very easy to talk to. Without her, we wouldn't be in our dream home right now!
