"Very hard to find a hard working and committed agent these days and Karen went WAY above and beyond for us through every second of every day, helping out in ways unimaginable. Karen helped us every step of the way, keeping in full contact with everyone and making sure everything was taken care of accordingly, in the most stress free way for the selection/closing of the property. Extremely knowledgeable of the market and areas, many resources she was able to provide that we weren't able to access on our own, very professional, very sweet, and very timely taking care of anything we needed 24/7. As much of a hole the seller/seller's agent dug us into, Karen did everything in her power to make sure we came out on top and got exactly what we wanted. If it weren't for her and her extremely hard work and diligence, we wouldn't be where we are today."
