We met online :) As we were trying to purchase a home from Hawaii and then we met in person when we showed up on day one. She had numerous homes lined up based on our initial wants. She quickly learned what we liked and didn't like and changed the game plan for the next couple of days. In the end we went with a new build and our time was short. Karen is such a great agent and she acted on our behalf on much of the coordination and inspections etc as we moved through the closing events. She took a lot off our plate and eased a lot of stress.
