Karen, came across as very kind and very calm. I found both to be so true! Karen, was so helpful in moving the deposits and withdrawals at both the selling of my home and the purchase of my new home. She made me understand that we had to be very careful And to always check to make sure that I was sending the monies to the correct person or lawyer. I am elderly and needed someone who is very patient and Karen is indeed patient.
