Karen's knowledge of the industry and friendly personality prove her to be an excellent choice in choosing a realtor. She had answers for our excessive number of questions and if she wasn't sure she would take the time to research the topic before giving an absolute answer/opinion. She made herself readily available throughout the entire process and made sure we were kept in the loop every step of the way. She examined every offer carefully and guided us in selecting the right buyer.
