Karen Malec

This review of my selling experience with Karen is a little late however that being said. When we first listed my fathers home we interviewed two possible realtors. Karen showed genuine interest in his home. She listened as we explained all the history and nuances of a well loved home. I mean if one lived in a home for 40+ years there is some things and stories that go with the home. She made every step of the seem effortless. She was always available when there were questions or concerns. She made us feel comfortable when it came to our open house. She was an excellent negotiator always looking out for our best interest. Throughout the entire transaction Karen was extremely forthright and honest and I personally would not have any hesitations on recommending her to friends. I know she will be representing us in the very near future.

I just wanna say thank you so much for everything you did. It was a great job. This is my third house and she is the best one of my real estate agents thank you again Karen for all the hard work. And love you did not even thought I was a hard person to deal with😅🥰

Karen the bomb dignity…. Know her stuff and a family lady. Cares about her clients, makes deals happen. Even puts up with BIG MO. She makes her clients a priority, she made herself available when needed even after hours….: We fell in love with karen and her family .:::
