Karen showed us a number of apartments in our range and close to our range. The one we purchased, was the one we initially liked the least. She asked us to look again, that the size was very nice and that the sellers might be willing to sell quickly. We looked again, made the bid, accepted their counter bid and had a deal. Karen was very diligent in moving the process along from start to completion, which was made more difficult by the pandemic, foreign sellers and snowstorms delaying document delivery. I would use her again.

Karen was the agent for the home we purchased and was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was extremely helpful in so many ways. She was open and honest through the entire process. She is professional, knowledgeable, detail oriented, honest and her hard work ethics were very much appreciated. She really cared about us, understood our needs and was always available to answer our MANY questions. She was like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. I would 1 million % work with her again if needed.

Karen just sold my parents house in Del Ray Beach FL. Karen went above and behind...especially in these abnormal times. There were plenty of times I called to just vent. We spoke often, and got to know each other on a personnel level. It helped making the process of having to sell my parents house easier . I would highly recommend her .
