I had received a few mailers over the years from Karen listing the many units she had sold within the building and others at Hillcrest. Several acquaintances and friends had used her successfully to sell their units. She has a working kjnowledge of many different developments as well. Over time I got to know her to be a very hard-working straight shooter and someone I would be likely to use as my agent in the future sale of my own apartment. She maintains relationships with many repeat hit buyers that renovate and resell units. So she has a huge potential to sell any unit. She was able to sell my apartment "as is" after showing it only twice which I consider to be simply phenomenal. After I had accepted the buyer's offer we were able to close in a matter of days, and she made short work of the paper-work. I recommend her unconditionally.

Oh my goodness, 5 stars are not enough. When we met Karen, our initial impression of her was wonderful. She gave us a vibe that made us feel very comfortable and connected. The first condo she showed us was nice, but needed way too much work to make it a good value for us. The second condo, however, was right in our comfort zone for value, not to mention it is gorgeous and needs little work to make it our style. The sellers looked like some of the nicest people you could meet in South Florida, which made it that much better. Our bid was accepted, and this is where Karen shined the most. Her communication with us, and our lender was second to none. Our lender and Karen, who had never met or worked together before, blew us away with the grace and synchronicity exhibited to make this momentous purchase almost as easy as buying a bike (just a few more signatures!) From beginning to current, Karen has been nothing but amazing. We say current, because the relationship did not end at the closing. Karen has offered her expertise and knowledge of the neighborhood, should we have any questions down the line.
