Several acquaintances and friends had used her successfully to sell their units. She has a working kjnowledge of many different developments as well. Over time I got to know her to be a very hard-working straight shooter and someone I would be likely to use as my agent in the future sale of my own apartment. She maintains relationships with many repeat hit buyers that renovate and resell units. So she has a huge potential to sell any unit. She was able to sell my apartment "as is" after showing it only twice which I consider to be simply phenomenal. After I had accepted the buyer's offer we were able to close in a matter of days, and she made short work of the paper-work. I recommend her unconditionally.
