Karen was great to work with. From the start, she listened to our needs and wants. She advocated for us and worked quickly (which is especially helpful in such a crazy market). We were able to get the deal on the only house we put an offer on, which is unheard of in this market.
Karen, did a quality job of running numerous comps in our neighborhood and as well as similar neighborhoods in our area. She took all of the data and analysis it to get us the most competitive cost per square foot. She also gave us great advice to make sure the house was always in top shape for showings. Karen was very professional in the whole process of the sale of our house. I would highly recommend her as your next realtor.
Karen hasn't had any property sale activity in the last 12 months
