My Wie and I met with 3 real estate agents then I looked online to see who was rated the best in the area and Karen was the top seller so we met with her and she provided a great market analysis and was not only easy to talk with but she listened to our input and made necessary changes taking into consideration our concerns. She was comfortable with us calling at anytime if we had questions. I told her it did not want to do that because I felt she should have her own free time but she insisted that I should contact her whenever a question arose no matter if it was on weekends or not. She even offered her own vehicle to use when our grandson totaled his truck two days before he was to leave Florida and our car was full of stuff we had to move back home. Not many people would do that. I highly recommend Karen to anyone who was looking for a real estate agent knowledgeable, professional and compassionate and caring about her clients.
Karen was so supportive of all of needs all along the way and was super dedicated and responsive. We were the easiest clients with many last minute requests for multiple showings and she often worked miracles to get everything set up on short notice. This often involved showing us houses outside her normal area and required her to drive long distances to meet us for showings. Once she even went out of her way for us to arrange taking our boat to a showing, meeting us there and then driving us around to other showings in the area. She helped us through the process explaining unique Florida considerations and helping with everything from negotiating tips, getting us lined up with insurance estimates, and other needs. She was totally customer focused, and went above and beyond our expectations.
Karen has sold a number of lots for me and this was our last one! She does a great job keeping in communication, very friendly and very professional. She knows her market and was very helpful doing comparisons so we could get the best price for our property. Give her a try, you'll be happy you did!

We are not local so had to find a realtor we could trust and who keeps in touch with us about our listings. We still have a couple more lots listed with her and trust she will also get those sold.
