Karen is a go-getter!

I was a first time home buyer with a tight budget of 250k, FHA loan, and looking to buy in Riverside county. I was really just looking for a decent house to buy to escape the high prices of rent. I spoke to a few agents before Karen and they expressed little to no interest in me and doubted my ability to buy a home with my circumstances. Karen hit the floor running from the first time I spoke with her. Within the hour she sent over a list of available houses that met my needs. Within the first week she booked a showing and summited an offer that was accepted amongst other offers. Karen is determined.
