We met with 5 separate realtors, and we choose Karen. Compared to the others, Karen knew the most about our neighborhood-American Homes Community. Before we signed with her, she met/talked with us several times. We were extremely nervous sellers because we love our home so much. Karen was very attentive to our needs and quite patient with us. We've lived in the home for over 20 years and raised our family here, we were emotional sellers. Whenever we had a question or concern, she responded quickly. She also gave us good and honest advice on what we should fix up prior to selling in order to get the highest asking price. I liked that she was not a pushy realtor. Karen staged our home for us in real time and virtually. She used a drone for the pictures of the house, and she actively included us in writing the description (this was very important to us). When we were ready, Karen and her team held a 3-day open house. We sold over asking price!
