Karen went well beyond the call of duty in getting my parents' vacation home sold. My parents live hours away from the home and there were multiple, significant issues during the sale that required immediate local attention. Karen not only found local contractors to fix the issues, but helped facilitate scheduling and payment for us (many, many times). She even personally put the house back in order after someone broke into the home during the sales process and left things in a shambles. She was a delight to work with and very responsive.
