Karen’s team is outstanding. During the entire process, we were represented by Kenley Oliva for which we have nothing but great praise for the job she did and the outstanding level of service she provided. Kenley is a true example of what Customer Service is all about. She not only was able to manage all the details in a highly efficient matter, but her communication back to us far exceeded my expectations. Lilly (my wife) and I have purchased and sold over 9 properties in our life and it is never easy. However, this time, Kenley elevated the bar to a whole new level.
