Karen was excellent to work with. She first meets with you to discuss everything you need to do to put the house on the market. She then does a thorough market analysis on all the houses comparable to yours in the surrounding neighborhoods and the recommends what you should list your house for. When she listed mine she was spot on to the current market and had offers and showings rolling in just after it was listed. The house was sold in less than 2 days.
