She was always willing to listen my thoughts and feeling and concerns as we discussed the many aspects of selling a home, including setting a list price and letting me know the home showings were going. She was especially helpful as we evaluated offers and in going thru negotiations deciding what we thought was the best course of action to take. As I was living several away during the time the house was for sell, she was helpful in trying to take care of the various things that she could do on my behalf, so I didn't have to make extra trips back to the area. This included checking on the house regularly and taking of the little things at the house that she could.
