Karen was a total professional. I'm usually a FSBO seller but this time I was too busy; I was reluctant to hire an agent due to some prior bad experiences but Karen totally blew us away. She handled every headache that needed handling with the house, in addition to the regular work of dealing with all the buyers' agents. If I ever do another real estate deal in NJ I'll definitely use her!
