Karen is by far the best real estate agent we have ever worked with. She went above and beyond by attending all meetings with the builder and engaging the builder and the county to address the removal of dead trees behind the house in a buffer zone. She reviewed the disclosure documents closely and ensure we questioned any unusual fees. I would definitely recommend Karen, and will be sure to call upon her for future purchases or listings.

Karen is very professional and helpful. She worked with me on two occasions, first helping me rent this house about a year ago, and now helping me sell this property. On both occasions, she did her job very well. She provides a very personal touch to the experience. For example, she was very hands-on during the home improvement phase prior to listing the house. Karen Kelley is hands down, THE REALTOR, you want to work with when buying a home! She helped my husband and I buy our first home and was there for support and guidance every step of the way.
