Karen was able to get our house sold within two weeks at a much higher price than i had originally envisioned. It was a result of two weekends of her holding open houses that brought the customer in. That worked really well.

She was a 120% dedicated to keeping me informed of in-state and out-of-state people that wanted to see the house in a timely fashion. She planned out current and future open houses as well as coordinating with the purchaser's realtor and closing team for the final sale. The final sale price was $65,000 more than I expected, and the closing was coordinated with the new house I procured such that I did not have to rent and could move out of the sale house to the procure house within 2 days.
