Karen and Team Hunn are a pleasure to work with, know the ft worth condo market exceptionally well and they deliver results. The team quickly got my unit shot with amazing photos that looked so nice, the unit sold in 2 days just from the photos! However, when the buyer saw the unit and backed out in last day, she had another offer in place within hours for more than first offer. Maybe not typical experience, but they were very responsive, knew market and how to sell property and were very fun to work with. I have bought and sold homes with Karen in the past and would gladly do so again.
