Karen was fantastic, and she knew the area so well, plus her pricing strategy ended up earning us more than we ever anticipated on the sale of my moms house. Karen was so responsive and professional. She was even willing to show up with hardcopies to help my mom sign papers because my mom had a challenging time figuring out digital signatures! We watched other homes in the area sit on the market but my mom‘s went into multiple bids within hours and sold for top dollar. Cannot recommend Karen enough!
