Phenomenal experience

Karen was phenomenal, from the moment we met she was very knowledgeable about the markets and gave superb advice and tips to get the most money possible for the sale of our condo. In addition, she worked tiredlessly to help us find a new home and helped us close on both properties on the same day. Karen’s communication was like no other, she constantly checked in to provide updates and was extremely flexible and worked around my schedule which included late night calls and weekend calls. She even contacted me several times during her vacation to make sure we were good despite having a colleague cover her while she was away. When it came to bidding on a new property, Karen provided us with helpful tips and ensured we didn’t bid over the appraised value. For the home that we purchased we won the bid by $1000 (even though it was a bidding war) and was still able to come under the appraised value. Overall, we had a great experience with Karen and would definitely be using her in the future for future home purchases and sales.
