We cannot recommend Karen highly enough. While we had a glowing referral from a close friend, and thus expected great service, she managed to exceed all our expectations. Her advice on preparation, her market knowledge, and her leadership through the process were spot on. We not only received over 20 offers within just a few days of listing our home, but eventually accepted an offer $115,000 over our initial listing price. Her attention to detail, work ethic and wonderful personality make her a dream to work with. We're sure there are other good realtors out there, we just can't imagine any would be as fabulous as Karen.
