My ex Father in law passed away and the selling of his home and all his possessions fell on us. Karen not only helped us navigate the real estate side but put us in contact with amazing people to help with a lot of the items (junk) left in the house. She also helped us coordinate some of the remodeling that needed to be done before going to market. We live in Seattle area so having someone local to help with all of the extra stuff was a huge blessing. She began as our realtor but became a great friend as well.
My parents passed away within 3 months of each other last year. To make matters worse, the hot water tank busted and flooded the place. Needless to say, it was a long, arduous process to get everything repaired and ready for sale. Once we were ready, Karen jumped in and helped us with all the final details, even going the extra mile to have her husband replace another hot water tank in an outbuilding.
