Karen Herdt

We used Karen to buy our first home. It was such a great and seamless experience. She was a quick responder to all of the questions and concerns we had in the home buying process. She helped make an overwhelming time very stress free!

Karen was absolutely fantastic throughout our first home buying experience! As first time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and were nervous about the process, but Karen made everything feel so much easier and less overwhelming. She was patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and always made us feel like she truly had our best interests at heart. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect Cape Cod style home that feels like it was made for us. We are so grateful for all of her guidance, hard work, and support throughout the entire process. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor or a better experience! Highly recommend her for your house hunting journey!

I have used Karen for two real estate transactions in the last two years. She has always been an excellent communicator in regards of the process of buying/selling a home. Highly recommend!

Karen has taken all the stress off of us as she sold our home. Her communication was very professional and consistent. Highly recommend Karen for her patience, knowledge, and smooth transactions!
