Karen spent time asking the right questions to ensure we found a house that suited our needs. It was also great that she was flexible with her time so that we could look at houses at a pace that my wife and I wanted. Karen found us exactly what we were looking for. Upon entering the property I think my wife and I along with Karen said "this is the one" at the same time.
