Karen was constantly looking for houses, and staying in contact with us. One day Karen emailed us a spec home that was still being built in Cobblestone Ranch. She toured the house for us and we were in love. Karen stay on top of the builder and negotiated hard for us. After we moved in the sales agent came by and told us that we were extremely lucky to have Karen as she wouldn't give in when fighting for us. We are extremely lucky to have Karen as our realtor.
