Karen did a great job. She really worked hard in a lot of areas. She was wonderful at staging, strategy, marketing and knowledge when it came to the sale. We did not have an easy property to sell, it had acreage, size and a lot on the land. She did a fantastic job on finding ways to market it and get a lot of showings. She did a lot of little things that we did not expect. We were out of town and a storm came through, when we returned she had cleaned the limbs and leaves in the yard around the house and had it looking great. She communicated well. Whether it was on showings, reviews, pricing or whatever, we always knew what her plan was and let us participate in every decision. That was a comfort to us. She helped us with the negotiation process when we did get an offer. She kept us on even keel, not letting us get too high or low on our emotions, as the whole process played out. We always felt confident with the decisions we/her made from listing, pricing, to selling and the closing was made so easy. If you are looking for an agent, I strongly recommend considering Karen as your agent. She has a good knowledge of the market and is not scared to work hard for her clients.
