We worked with Karen this year to sell our home and purchase a new one. Karen was fantastic. She brought a wealth of knowledge to the process and made it go as smoothly as possible. She also had many contacts to help get both houses prepared for move out/in. She was always available by phone and text and followed up on all issues in a very timely manner.
