Karen responded promptly to any and ALL of our questions without batting an eye. Since it had been a long time (fifty years) in our original home, she made sure we understood every step of the process and provided great advice to enable us to become a member of the Centennial Mill community where she also resides. She pointed out all the features of the different models to enable us to determine which one best-suited our needs. She also provided us with comps on the different homes.
